Baby Bindu is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with over 20 years of experience in Auditing and Finance across the UAE and India. She joined CLA Emirates (formerly Emirates Chartered Accountants Group (ECAG)) in 2015 and has since been instrumental in accomplishing diversified assignments. As a team leader, she consistently demonstrates the ability to achieve project goals while fostering knowledge sharing among team members to continuously raise performance standards. She is recognized for being highly analytical and solution-oriented.

She possesses extensive expertise in external audit and assurance engagements for clients across diversified sectors. Her professional background spans industries including construction, real estate, hospitality, trading, and manufacturing. Prior to joining ECAG, she worked with a prestigious UAE-based business group primarily engaged in construction, real estate, and hospitality.

Beyond Audit and Finance, Baby Bindu specializes in Business Valuation, Due Diligence, and IFRS Advisory Services, leading her team in the effective delivery of these assignments. She has supported numerous clients in preparing IAS/IFRS accounting manuals, conducting IFRS impact analysis, and implementing new or revised IFRS standards. On behalf of CLA Emirates (ECAG Advisory), she and her team have completed multiple business valuations and due diligence projects. Her expertise also extends to forensic audit and taxation services.

In addition to being a Chartered Accountant (ICAI, India), Baby Bindu is a UAECA member of the Accountants & Auditors Association, UAE, and a Certified Professional in Forensic Auditing and Fraud Detection.
